Great Company
I really don’t have much to say towards this, outside of hourly pay that’s could be better I don’t have any cons towards the job. Weidner Apartment Homes offers convenient and attractive apartments for rent in both the US and Canada. We offer a variety of apartment and townhome styles to suit any taste and budget.
Fair budgeting but make it near impossible to make incentive bonuses. They tend to only focus on the main region in Washington and neglect others. They will rubber stamp you without knowing you and make assumptions based on numbers and not market factors. They make poor decisions regarding placement of managers.

Management and corporate play favoritism sometimes. If you are not close with management, corporate will hear about it and soon you will be gone. Being on-call for a whole week was a little annoying. Rent discount of 30%, all the benefits, bonuses, and some tuition reimbursement.
